Do I need to pay everything upfront?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and Stripe. International clients are welcome we’ll provide an invoice in your preferred currency and format.

Can I schedule calls whenever I need?
Yes, totally! Just book via our calendar link or drop us a message. We’re always down for a sync call, especially when things need real-time discussion. We just ask for a little heads-up so we can prep properly.
Will I have a dedicated contact person?
Absolutely. You’ll be assigned an account/project manager who knows your brand inside-out and will be your go-to for everything. No need to repeat yourself to 5 different people.
What happens if my point of contact is unavailable?
